125 TH NETAJI’S BIRTH DAY CELEBRATION

Kultali Milon Tirtha Society has decided to celebrate January 23rd as ‘Parakram Diwas’ to commemorate the birth anniversary of Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose. This year is the 125th Birth Anniversary of Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose. Netaji was born on January 23, 1897. The day is celebrated to honour and remember Netaji’s indomitable spirit and selfless service to the nation.

BAG DISTRIBUTION TO POOR STUDENTS

We recognize education as the main instrument that empowers individuals to make informed choices, resist subjugation & claim their rights, besides opening new possibilities & opportunities for themselves. The philosophy of our organization is based on the belief that each child deserves an equal opportunity for total development. With this belief we have distributed school bags to the poor students to encourage them for their study.

SOAP DISTRIBUTION TO STUDENTS

We have distributed Soap free of cost for the poor people and arranged health and hygiene maintenance awareness camp for them which specially emphasized on preventive measures from different common and communicable diseases.

CLOTH DISTRIBUTION

We know that the poor people around us are many who are living in such condition that they sometimes face dire need of clothes which is one of the basic minimum needs for their survival. Cloth is one of the three basic needs of human beings. But the people of these backward sections don’t have this essential need of existence. To help them and to meet up their one of the basic needs we have distributed cloth among the poor and vulnerable people.

Annuan Sports Meet

Kultali Milon Tirtha Society conducting an annual sport meets of SHG & SGSY mothers in 13 different places in the Basanti block every year. The mother members are very much exited for this event and their spontaneous participation glorified the whole programmes.

Kultali Milon Tirtha Society has been trying this novel arrangement for almost a month now with the aim of getting out of the monotonous family life and physical development as well as mental development through sports.
